TLG Information Technologies (“the Company”) has prepared this Privacy Notice regarding the processing and protection of personal data obtained through our website and digital communication channels, within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

1. Method and Legal Basis for the Collection of Personal Data

It is collected automatically or partially automatically.

Your data is processed based on the following legal grounds:

  • Contacting the data subject and providing feedback upon their request (KVKK Article 5/2-c)

  • Conducting communication processes within the scope of the legitimate interests of the data controller (KVKK Article 5/2-f)


2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your collected personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • We will respond to your communication requests.

  • Evaluation of your service and information request.

  • Managing customer relations and communication processes.

  • Analyzing website usage experience and visitor statistics (cookies/analytics)


3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data processed by us;

  • It is not transferred to any third party, organization, or abroad.

It may only be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations if there is a legal obligation to do so.


4. Data Retention Periods

Your personal data is stored for the periods stipulated in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) and related legislation, and only for the purpose of processing. Communication/data records are kept for a reasonable period within the framework of general practice, and are deleted, anonymized, or destroyed when the purpose ceases to exist.

The company carries out storage and destruction processes in accordance with its Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy.


5. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Article 11)

By applying to the company, you have the following rights:

  • To find out whether your personal data is being processed.

  • Request information about these if they have been processed.

  • To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used for its intended purpose.

  • Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred.

  • Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data.

  • Requesting the deletion or destruction of data if the reasons for processing it no longer exist.

  • Requesting that the transactions be notified to third parties.

  • Objection to an adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of processed data by automated systems.

  • Claim compensation if you suffer damages.
